To leverage the integrated series of LEAD Influencer™ booklets when delivering individual coaching activities or coaching programs within your own or client organisations. We can provide you with LEAD Influencer™ Coach Training.

Coach practitioner learning events provide already experienced Coaches with an ability to interpret the LEAD Influencer Personality DNA™ Questionnaire for any booklet in the LEAD Influencer™ series.

This very intensive 2 day learning event is extremely participative and fun!

Day 1 consists of exploring the content for each booklet in the LEAD Influencer™ series to gain a familiarity of content.

While Day 2 focuses on the technical aspects of coaching using the various booklets in the LEAD Influencer™ series in individual (1:1) coaching contexts.

LEAD Influencer™ Coach Training is delivered in Open Workshop formats, but can be provided In-House on request.
