To leverage the integrated series of LEAD Influencer™ booklets when delivering group learning & development activities in your own or client organisations. We can provide you with LEAD Influencer™ Facilitator Training.

These practitioner learning events provide ‘signature classes’ in how to deliver specific Workshops in the LEAD Influencer™ series (i.e. the Stakeholder Influencing, Conflict Handling, Ambiguity Management and Matrix Leadership Workshops).

These 1 day experiential learning events are highly interactive and fun!

In the morning you’ll experience your chosen Workshop as a Participant, so you can observe delivery from an professional LEAD Influencer™ Facilitator.

While in the afternoon you’ll explore the presentational aspects of Workshops delivery and consider additional activities that could be included by you, to deepen and expand your clients group learning experience in your chosen topic area.

LEAD Influencer™ Facilitator Training is delivered in Open Workshop formats, but can be provided In-House on request.
