The Matrix and Complex Environment (MaCE) Leadership Diagnostic Report (LDR)™ result from several years extensive research working with our clients to discover the beliefs, behaviours, knowledge and skills they considered critical for effective leadership and team working in matrix organisations and complex structured environments.

The MaCE LDR™ has proven so successful many of our clients use it to design their own learning interventions based on information the reports generate. Some have gone further, incorporating data from individual reports into balanced scorecards to make a direct link between business area results and matrix specific training !

We use the MaCE LDR™ to identify what type of 'matrix specific' training will operationally generate the quickest return on investment for any given target audience for our clients. We then re-measure the value of development spend, against the actual personal learning that has taken place, by re-administering the 84 item Questionnaire at set periods of time after our matrix specific learning interventions have taken place.
