The Matrix Change Management Workshop

The use of change management methods should be a straightforward process in matrix types of organisational structure because (theoretically) people who work in such structures are ‘built’ to be less change averse, and more change tolerant in the use of new and different approaches and ideas that will enable them to create efficiencies and improvements, wherever and whenever they are found – similar to the concept of continuous improvement. The reality is however that irrespective of how flexible people are, if the process used to implement a change program breaks the fundamental laws of stakeholder engagement, the less likely it is that the project, process, system or initiative received positively, and the greater the likelihood that the change project will actually be met with overt or covert resistance.

The Matrix Change Management Workshop enables Change Agents and Change Teams (i.e. those responsible for implementing enterprise wide or boundary crossing projects, processes, systems or initiatives) to understand not only the process skills that are needed to successfully implement a change initiative, but also the behavioural stakeholder engagement skills that are typically found lacking in Change Agents and Change Teams, when failed change projects are thoroughly reviewed.

This workshop can be used for all levels of audiences, from the Executive Leadership Team, to Management Teams, to Front Line Delivery Teams, with a slightly different facilitated emphasis depending on the audience.

(Notes * = Prices are exclusive of VAT or local Taxes which should be added where appropriate. Travel, Accommodation and subsistence fees, where appropriate, are at cost. International travel is charged at Business Class airfare rates, and ‘in-country’ air travel is by Economy air fare rates. Mileage throughout Europe is charged at UK.45 p per mile (or local currency equivalent). All invoices must be settled within a 30 day period (which includes business and non-business days in that 30 day period).
