The Matrix Political Influencing Workshop
Organisational politics is one of the least openly talked about, yet pervasive realities of organisational life that can either help or hinder personal, collective or organisational performance. There is significant research that confirms negative political behaviour is not only more prevalent in organisations that experience high levels of ambiguity, complexity or change; but increases when it is not proactively and positively managed, irrespective of the structure. And which typically results in low team performance and morale, and high instances of absence and stress related illnesses.
The Matrix Political Influencing Workshop enables people to not only gain tools, tips and techniques that enable them to gain a more positive perspective towards workplace politics. The workshop also allows people to re-position organisational politics as an advanced influencing skill that anyone can develop and thereby become more politically savvy, astute and aware. This knowledge then enables people to be much more confident and effective when working across different types of political landscapes, when responsible for the delivery of inter-dependent organisational goals, projects, processes or initiatives, or even a personal agenda.

(Notes * = Prices are exclusive of VAT or local Taxes which should be added where appropriate. Travel, Accommodation and subsistence fees, where appropriate, are at cost. International travel is charged at Business Class airfare rates, and ‘in-country’ air travel is by Economy air fare rates. Mileage throughout Europe is charged at UK.45 p per mile (or local currency equivalent). All invoices must be settled within a 30 day period (which includes business and non-business days in that 30 day period). The workshop price is based on a minimum payment of x12 participants attending an 'in-house' workshop, with the client organisation covering venue, food and refreshment costs).
