The Relationship Intelligence Workshop enables people to gain a deeper understanding about what might be driving their own thoughts and perceptions of the world of work, and what motivates their own behaviours (for the purposes of self-awareness and personal development). The workshop also enables people to understand what drives and motivates other people’s thinking, perceptions and behaviour, which is of significant importance to people working in facilitative roles, such as Coaches, Mentors, Human Resource and Learning and Development Professionals. That said, the workshop is equally beneficial to managers at all levels who want to develop a greater understanding about the psychological aspects of human performance, motivation and engagement.
Using a variety of psychological and sociological tools and techniques, this advanced workshop provides people in both specialist and general practitioner roles with a unique opportunity to spend quality time developing an advanced relationship building capability.
