Because The Matrix LEAD Influencer BTI™ has a psychological basis, the 2 day Certification workshop is designed for Facilitation Professionals who are unfamiliar with, or need a refresher in, the Big 5 trait dimensions of ‘personality DNA’.

That workshop not only covers the technical aspects of the instrument and how to use it in training and coaching contexts, and provides an ‘Influencing without Authority’ workshop presentation that can be used to deliver the instrument in group training contexts. But it also provides additional resources that compliment the instrument in the form of Matrix Intelligence™ supplements.

The Matrix Intelligence™ supplements can be used individually or collectively and build on the instruments ‘Influencing without Authority’ foundations.

The supplements provide facilitators with additional, ‘matrix specific’ materials that not only increase a Facilitators credibility with all levels of business audiences; but also practical tools that help people work more effectively in complex cross-functional roles. And because all the Matrix Intelligence™ supplements can be integrated, there is no need to introduce (or re-position) inappropriate instruments designed to work in hierarchical structures and not multi-dimensional ones.

However for Facilitation Professionals already familiar with the Big 5 dimensions of personality, and qualified or practiced in using similar other psychometric instruments. A Professional Users Guide is also available providing information on administering and interpreting this practical and unique business relevant instrument.

The Professional Users Guide does not include information on the Matrix Intelligence™ supplements, nor does it provide PowerPoint materials and trainers notes to run an ‘Influencing without Authority’ workshop. Because it is assumed a Facilitator already familiar with using similar other psychometric based instruments will be capable of creating their own presentational materials and incorporating the instrument into their existing portfolio of learning and development offerings.
